The rapid development of the marine economy is being constrained by challenges such as weak law enforcement and frequent disasters.
We have built an all-domain three-dimensional observation and monitoring network spanning space, air, shore, sea, and seabed. This network enables real-time monitoring of all marine elements, disaster early warning, and marine use control, thereby enhancing marine information-based governance capabilities. It provides strong support for marine management and industrial upgrading, contributing to the high-quality development of the marine economy.

The multidimensional marine observation and monitoring system obtains regional data and information from observed sea areas mainly through various observation sensors distributed across space, air, coast, sea surface, and seabed, along with base stations and networking technologies, supplemented by voluntary ships and research vessels. It enables marine hydrometeorological monitoring, marine ecological environment monitoring, dynamic sea-area monitoring, and marine environmental monitoring, and transmits data via network communication to the data application demonstration system for real-time information display.
Improve supervision efficiency, strengthen law enforcement and environmental control, and resolve supervision challenges
Reduce losses from marine disasters and improve disaster prevention, reduction, and emergency response capabilities
Ensure fishery production safety, improve the quality and efficiency of marine aquaculture, and support industrial upgrading
Revitalize marine data resources, support scientific planning and intelligent decision-making, and empower the blue economy
