Discontinued Product Notice

Helping users understand follow-up maintenance plans and complete product transition smoothly

As is well known, electronic products continue to evolve, and components can become obsolete within a relatively short time. In view of this, we make every effort to design products using the latest components to prevent obsolescence as much as possible. However, the limited lifecycle of electronic products remains unavoidable. For this reason, together with the urgent need for innovation, we regularly upgrade our products. When a product is discontinued due to the launch of a new model, we commit to continuing production of spare parts within a reasonable scope. In most cases, this period is 10 years. The list of currently discontinued Highlander products is as follows:

Warranty Guide

Ensuring timely and reliable support throughout the equipment lifecycle

Warranty Terms

Within the specified warranty period, if the product fails under normal use in accordance with the user manual and operating guide, customers should fill out the online after-sales service application form or contact the Highlander Service Center for warranty service.

When requesting warranty service, please provide the warranty application form or sales contract. Warranty service is provided free of charge except for miscellaneous fees such as insurance, postage and transportation. In all cases, prior authorization from Highlander must be obtained before warranty service is provided.

Warranty Period

For products beyond the warranty period (subject to the sales contract), repair services will be charged according to the published standards.
For any repair or support services within or outside the warranty period, please refer to our contact information in the Service Center.

Highlander has a professional and comprehensive training mechanism. With more than ten years of focus on training, it has trained over 100 global service agents and consistently upholds efficient and professional service quality. Training courses cover product theory, practical operation and system maintenance, with training materials provided and certificates issued after assessment. Based on customer needs, Highlander holds training activities every year at the Highlander Training Center and around the world. It has also established the Nantong Crew Training Base Center to regularly train customers and crew members.
