On July 18–19, the Highlander 2026 Semi-Annual Review Meeting was held at the Nantong Highlander Smart Innovation Park. Senior executives, heads of business divisions, and core team members gathered to comprehensively review the company's first-half operating results, assess industry development opportunities, and align on deployment priorities for the second half of the year.

The meeting systematically reviewed first-half achievements across five dimensions: operating metrics, product R&D, market expansion, digital and AI adoption, and organizational talent. In the first half of the year, the Group's self-developed high-margin products accounted for a steadily rising share of revenue, with domestic and overseas markets expanding in tandem and multiple benchmark projects successfully delivered. Iteration and testing of several self-developed products—including solid-state radar, onboard intelligent systems, and inland-waterway smart navigation equipment—proceeded in an orderly manner. The Group's suite of AI-powered digital tools for office operations, sales, and R&D was launched for trial operation, with digitalization already beginning to deliver tangible business value. At the same time, the company seized the emerging opportunity in the submarine data center industry, positioning itself in the marine green computing power segment, while each business unit precisely aligned with relevant industry policies and clearly mapped out full-year development opportunities and execution roadmaps.
General Manager Shen Wanqiu delivered the closing remarks and laid out a comprehensive deployment of priorities for the second half:
01 | Core Strategic Targets: Cascade Accountability for Execution
Self-developed products such as solid-state radar were designated as top-priority initiatives for the year, with end-to-end coordination across R&D-driven cost reduction, capacity assurance, and full-market rollout. Sales targets were refined by domestic and overseas region, with a dedicated uplift plan for international business. Cash flow and accounts receivable management were emphasized as operational priorities, with steady progress on collections, granular cost control, and a reinforced foundation of operational security.
02 | Broaden Market Scope: Unlock Diversified Growth
The company will consolidate its newbuild business as a stable base while deepening penetration of the retrofit and shipping-operator incremental markets. A tiered global channel incentive system will be established, product promotion campaigns will be rolled out across multiple regions, the overseas product portfolio will be enriched, and overseas market presence will be more balanced. The company will capitalize on policy tailwinds in inland-waterway intelligence, official vessels, and marine engineering equipment to continuously identify long-term incremental opportunities in niche segments. In parallel, the company will accelerate national market expansion for submarine data centers, leveraging the proven direct-to-offshore-wind model to advance project implementation in Guangdong, Zhoushan, and other locations, and will phase in plans for 500 MW-class submarine computing clusters.
03 | Strengthen R&D–Business Integration: Drive AI and Digitalization Across the Board
R&D will focus on enhancing product performance and reducing the cost of core components, accelerating certification of various marine products, and establishing a rapid-response iteration mechanism for market needs. The Group's AI tool platform will be deployed across the entire organization—spanning an intelligent sales assistant, an R&D computing base, an online audit system, and digital employee applications—leveraging digitalization to comprehensively improve efficiency across R&D, sales, and management.
04 | Optimize the Organization: Build High-Performing Execution Teams
A/B-role management responsibilities across business units will be clearly defined, supported by refined performance appraisal and incentive mechanisms. The company will continue to recruit key talent in shipyard operations, overseas sales, and high-end R&D, and will form dedicated strike teams for key accounts and priority projects to open up cross-divisional resource coordination and build specialized, high-execution teams.
05 | Seize Industry Opportunities: Position for Long-Term Growth
The company will capitalize on the window of opportunity in shipbuilding localization and the development of smart inland-waterway shipping, advancing multiple business lines including onboard integrated systems, inland-waterway smart navigation, ocean observation, and civil-military integration. It will deepen cooperation with research institutes and industry chain partners, and invest in core technologies such as underlying chips and intelligent algorithms to build enduring competitive advantage. The company will further amplify the synergy of "computing-power-with-power-generation," drawing on its proven commercial experience with direct-to-offshore-wind submarine data centers to accelerate the rollout of green computing power across multiple coastal regions, forging a second growth curve in marine technology.
The meeting called on the entire management team to build on the first-half results, seize industry opportunities, go all out to deliver on the full-year goals, and continue to consolidate the Group's long-term foundation in the marine technology industry.
